DEFINING THE LAWS

THE TEN COMMANDMENT
Exodus 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Exodus 20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness [of any

thing] that [is] in heaven above, or that [is] in the earth beneath, or that [is] in the water under the earth:

Exodus 20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God [am] a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth [generation] of them that hate me;

When a person put their hope in a supernatural force other than God Almighty, their hope is directed toward an idol god. When a person makes a wish upon a shooting star or a wishing well, they are expressing their desires to an idol god. When a person carries a rabbit's foot, or a coin, or a pray cloth or any other object that don't pertain to God Almighty for luck, they are putting their faith in the hand of the god of luck, an idol god. When you praise another before God Almighty, you are not praising the Creator. God Almighty said I Am the first and the last, there is no other, I created the seven stars of Orion, my hands or not too short that I can't save. Ex23:13 You shall not make mention of the names of other gods; They shall not be heard on your lips.

Exodus 20:7 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

Thou shall not use the Lord their God's name for lustful gain. Their shall not use the Lord thy God's name in foolish saying! Their shall not take the Lord thy God's Name for granted. There shall not make an every day word out of the Lord thing God's Name. For The Lord their God's name is a holy name.

Leviticus 19:12 And ye shall not swear by my name falsely, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I [am] the LORD.

Exodus 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

Exodus 20:9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:

Exodus 20:10 But the seventh day [is] the sabbath of the LORD thy God: [in it] thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that [is] within thy gates:

Exodus 20:11 For [in] six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them [is], and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Numbers 15:32 And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man that gathered sticks upon the sabbath day.

Numbers 15:33 And they that found him gathering sticks brought him unto Moses and Aaron, and unto all the congregation.

Numbers 15:34 And they put him in ward, because it was not declared what should be done to him.

Numbers 15:35 And the LORD said unto Moses, The man shall be surely put to death: all the congregation shall stone him with stones without the camp.

Numbers 15:36 And all the congregation brought him without the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died; as the LORD commanded Moses.

Exodus 20:12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

Honor those who honors God Almighty Jah.

Exodus 20:13 Thou shalt not kill.

Numbers 35:15 These six cities shall be a refuge, [both] for the children of Israel, and for the stranger, and for the sojourner among them: that every one that killeth any person unawares may flee thither.

Numbers 35:16 And if he smite him with an instrument of iron, so that he die, he [is] a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.

Numbers 35:17 And if he smite him with throwing a stone, wherewith he may die, and he die, he [is] a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.

Numbers 35:18 Or [if] he smite him with an hand weapon of wood, wherewith he may die, and he die, he [is] a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.

Numbers 35:19 The revenger of blood himself shall slay the murderer: when he meeteth him, he shall slay him.

Numbers 35:20 But if he thrust him of hatred, or hurl at him by laying of wait, that he die;

Numbers 35:21 Or in enmity smite him with his hand, that he die: he that smote [him] shall surely be put to death; [for] he [is] a murderer: the revenger of blood shall slay the murderer, when he meeteth him.

Numbers 35:22 But if he thrust him suddenly without enmity, or have cast upon him any thing without laying of wait,

Numbers 35:23 Or with any stone, wherewith a man may die, seeing [him] not, and cast [it] upon him, that he die, and [was] not his enemy, neither sought his harm:

Numbers 35:24 Then the congregation shall judge between the slayer and the revenger of blood according to these judgments:

Numbers 35:25 And the congregation shall deliver the slayer out of the hand of the revenger of blood, and the congregation shall restore him to the city of his refuge, whither he was fled: and he shall abide in it unto the death of the high priest, which was anointed with the holy oil.

Numbers 35:26 But if the slayer shall at any time come without the order of the city of his refuge, whither he was fled;

Numbers 35:27 And the revenger of blood find him without the borders of the city of his refuge, and the revenger of blood kill the slayer; he shall not be guilty of blood:

Numbers 35:28 Because he should have remained in the city of his refuge until the death of the high priest: but after the death of the high priest the slayer shall return into the land of his possession.

Numbers 35:29 So these [things] shall be for a statute of judgment unto you throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

Numbers 35:30 Whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses: but one witness shall not testify against any person [to cause him] to die.

Numbers 35:31 Moreover ye shall take no satisfaction for the life of a murderer, which [is] guilty of death: but he shall be surely put to death.

Numbers 35:32 And ye shall take no satisfaction for him that is fled to the city of his refuge, that he should come again to dwell in the land, until the death of the priest.

Numbers 35:33 So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye [are]: for blood it defileth the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.

Exodus 20:14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.

Leviticus 20:10 And the man that committeth adultery with [another] man's wife, [even he] that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death .

Proverbs 6:32 [But] whoso committeth adultery with a woman lacketh understanding: he [that] doeth it destroyeth his own soul.

See the article, "Fornication." Webster's dictionary defines adultery as unfaithfulness in a marriage, as in sexual activity. I like to clarify the popular assumption as a whole of what adultery means in reference to the Old Testament. In reference to Leviticus 20:10 which states a man can only commit adultery if he sleeps or have slept with another man's wife. It doesn't state a married man committed adultery by sleeping with unmarried females. In fact this was one of the incidents man of stature done in this type of society. King Solomon had hundreds of wives and hundreds of concubines. Jacob had children by his two wives and their hand maids.

Genesis 30:9 When Leah saw that she had left bearing, she took Zilpah her maid, and gave her Jacob to wife.

Genesis 30:3 And she said, Behold my maid Bilhah, go in unto her; and she shall bear upon my knees, that I may also have children by her.

Genesis 30:4 And she gave him Bilhah her handmaid to wife: and Jacob went in unto her.

King David had his choice of females. The punishment for adultery is death. If one's love is destroyed do they live? King David's love was destroyed after committing Adultery. His reason for living cease to exist; all that he loved was destroyed. David is the first recorded incident of true adultery in the Old Testament. Reuben, Jacob's first born, slept with one of Jacob concubines. His blessing as first born, was taken and given to Joseph. This was his punishment.

As seen, the laws says a man can sleep with any female who is permissible, unmarried and not engaged. Such a female may sleep with any man who is permissible, except an anointed High Priest. Only if she is a virgin and a Israelite can she marry an Anointed High Priest. See Leviticus 21:10-15. The Old Testament also interpretable of saying a female should be a virgin when she ties the knot. It can be interpreted as saying a female who is not married and is not a virgin is a whore or harlot.

Adultery is when a man married or unmarried touches another man's wife, not when he touches an unmarried or unengaged female, whether his state of being is married or single. The reason this law exist as it does, because it takes only man to repopulate the world in a short time, therefore God Almighty gave him enough females to carry out such a task, without interfering or intervening with another males, mission of repopulating his world. In short, their are more females then males, because male are killed in war and the birth females are more frequent then males . No man should fool around with another male's woman. If a female has a man, she should feel blessed. If her man turns out to be a lemon, she made the choice! She can live with him, or take the papers and walk. The New Testament eliminated males outside marriage activities as well a females

Exodus 20:15 Thou shalt not steal.

Exodus 22:1 If a man shall steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill it, or sell it; he shall restore five oxen for an ox, and four sheep for a sheep.

Exodus 22:2 If a thief break into your home and is killed, no blood or punish is to be imposed for him.

Exodus 20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

Deuteronomy 19:16 If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him [that which is] wrong;

Deuteronomy 19:17 Then both the men, between whom the controversy [is], shall stand before the LORD, before the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days;

Deuteronomy 19:18 And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, [if] the witness [be] a false witness, [and] hath testified falsely against his brother;

Deuteronomy 19:19 Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.

Deuteronomy 19:20 And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you.

Exodus 20:17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that [is] thy neighbour's.
